History
The life of the Facility began in 1956, when Lyn-Weld Co. Inc. was founded as a local welding and fabrication shop known for its integrity and craftsmanship. For decades, Lyn-Weld served the region with reliable, high-quality metalwork—building a legacy that shaped the industry working with DOKA , Symons, ULMA, and many more .
That legacy lives on today through Brock Metal Fabrication. We’re proud to continue the tradition of excellence, and even prouder to do it alongside Bob Billbow, son of the original Lyn-Weld founder Patrick Billbow and longtime owner. Bob brings over 40 years of experience and insight to the Team—ensuring that the same work ethic, precision, and pride that defined Lyn-Weld continues into the future.

Facility
Brock Metal Fabrication operates out of a 20,000-square-foot industrial Manufacturing facility in Hanover Township, PA . With 24-foot ceilings, multiple 5 Ton Overhead Cranes, oversized drive-in doors, and a layout optimized for heavy-duty work, our shop is built for custom fabrication, precision cutting, and production-scale manufacturing.
From raw materials to finished components, our facility supports efficient, high-quality metal solutions—on time and to spec.
Certified Welding
Our certified welding services cover TIG, MIG, Stick and soon laser welding—delivering precision and strength across all metals. From intricate stainless TIG welds to high-production MIG fabrication, our team meets AWS standards for quality and reliability. With laser welding being added to our capabilities, we’re pushing the boundaries of accuracy, speed, and clean finishes for even the most demanding projects.
CNC Laser Cutting
Our 350-ton CNC Standard press brake offers precision forming for parts up to 10 feet long and 1/2" thick steel. Whether it’s light gauge aluminum or heavy plate bending, our system delivers accurate, repeatable results every time. Perfect for frames, brackets, enclosures, and structural components, we handle one-off prototypes to full production runs with tight tolerances and professional finish. Formed strong. Formed right.
CNC Plasma Cutting
Our CNC fiber laser delivers clean, precise cuts on steel up to 5/8", stainless up to 3/8", and aluminum up to 1/4". Perfect for intricate parts, signage, brackets, and production runs, our system ensures high accuracy with minimal edge cleanup. Whether you're prototyping or scaling up, we provide fast turnaround and consistent quality across every cut—ideal for industrial, commercial, and custom fabrication needs.
CNC Brake Press Forming
Our Hypertherm Powermax105 plasma cutter handles fast, precise cutting on mild steel up to 1-1/4", stainless up to 1", and aluminum up to 7/8". Ideal for heavy-duty fabrication, demolition, and structural work, this system delivers clean edges with minimal dross. Whether you're cutting plate, tubing, or custom profiles, we offer speed, flexibility, and reliability on every job—built for production and built to last.
Precision Shearing
Our Cincinnati 2510 10' mechanical shear delivers clean, precise cuts on sheet metal up to 1/4" thick. Engineered for speed and accuracy, it handles steel, stainless, and aluminum with ease—producing straight, burr-free edges with minimal distortion. Whether cutting blanks, trimming parts, or prepping for fabrication, the 2510 ensures consistent, high-quality results with every pass. Built tough for daily production.
Cylindrical & Cone Rolling
Our 11' Webb plate roll delivers smooth, consistent forming on mild steel up to 1/4" thick. Perfect for creating cylinders, cones, and curved panels, it handles full-length sheets with precision and repeatability. Whether for ductwork, tanks, structural shells, or custom fabrication, our Webb roll ensures tight radii, even curves, and clean finishes—ideal for both prototyping and production-grade rolling.
Punching + Nibbling
Our Whitney 652-50 Duplicator delivers high-speed punching with precision and repeatability. Capable of punching mild steel up to 1/2" thick, it’s ideal for plates, brackets, flanges, and structural components. With duplicator capability, we can reproduce hole patterns quickly and accurately across large parts—streamlining production and minimizing layout time. Fast, consistent, and built for heavy-duty fabrication.
Structural Beam Cutting
Our Marvel Mark II vertical band saw delivers precise cutting on structural steel, tubing, and solid stock up to 18" wide. Engineered for heavy-duty use, it features powered feed and angle cutting capability—perfect for miter cuts, fabrication prep, and material breakdown. Whether handling beams, rounds, or large profiles, the Mark II ensures clean, accurate cuts with minimal waste. Reliable. Repeatable. Ready for production.
2D & 3D Design Prototyping
Our 2D & 3D design and prototyping services use Fusion 360 and AutoCAD to turn concepts into detailed, buildable models. We offer fair rates to get your project moving fast. From on-screen 3D visual models to physical 3D-printed prototypes, we help you visualize, refine, and prepare for production. Whether you're developing parts, assemblies, or products—our designs are fast, accurate, and fabrication-ready.
